AMERICAN BUSINESS ENGLISH

The simple fact is that there is no replacement for having a native speaker writing your materials. If you want a ghost-writer for your novel there are many better candidates; but if you want Business Writing which invokes an emotional response and which gets your readers excited about your offerings, there is no substitute for a lifetime of entrepreneurial and coaching experience.

As the youngest of 4 boys, I got an early start on my education by doing my brothers’ homework for them; I was also an avid reader, consuming on average 3-4 books per week for most of my life.
After acing the college entrance exams, I attended the #1 business school in the US, turning down Harvard, MIT, and West Point to attend the University of Denver where I majored in international business.
I went on to start a boutique start-up consulting form and have spent the last decade building a global network of over 5000 contacts across 145 countries.

I’m confident enough in my work, that I offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. (But I won’t do endless re-writes for free).
Because I’m also managing 3 other businesses, I don’t have time for assignments to sit on my desk, which is why I typically have a 24-48 hour turnaround time.

PARALYSIS BY ANALYSIS?

MOVE FORWARD WITH

CROWD INSIGHTFULNESS!

Original version

It’s okay to change your mind.

Sometimes we don’t participate because we aren’t 100% clear on what we want. Then we realize, we will never be 100% clear on anything we think we know. Once we embrace that, we can operate differently. Rather than being paralyzed in the waiting game of certainty that will never come, we’ll be more comfortable walking into a bit of darkness, trusting that something will become clearer if we gear into action.

Action can be physical, it can be verbal and it can be mental. And later perhaps, we’ll have a bit more clarity and can adjust our sails accordingly. And we’ll be more comfortable with changing our minds about a previous action later than with sitting still in uncertainty now.

Keep seeking. But do not let some dark spots on your clarity paralyze you from taking action.

My version

Analyse, Engage, Re-analyse.

There can be times when we choose not to engage in a situation or a topic because we aren’t 100% clear on what we want or how we feel. In those situations it can be important to remember that we are almost never 100% clear on anything we think we know. Once we embrace that uncertainty, we can operate differently. Rather than being paralized into a situation of waiting for clarity which will likely never come, we can become comfortable about walking out into the dark a little bit, trusting that something will become more clear if we become more engaged.
This type of action can be physical in terms of trying new things, it can be verbal in terms of engaging in a potentially difficult conversation, and it can be mental, for example trying to understand a vastly different point of view. Link to I don’t understand How blog. In the beginning this can be very difficult, but like most things, it gets easier the more times you do it and the more regularly you practice being okay with uncertainty.

Crowdcoach Origin Story

A story about the founder and the evolution of the company helps give context to why the product exists in a way that you have a chance to resonate with. That brings us to the roots of crowdcoach.

The project founder Andreas Seonbuchner developed the basic concept with the idea of making the full human potential of life experience and knowledge available for the benefit of all people in difficult demanding life situations. The seed for this was planted in 2017 when Andreas was invited to a close group seminar in the Swiss mountains with leaders.

Among other deep dives, they undertook a journey from birth to death. The seminar was held under the motto: No ties, No cards, No titles. The participants took off all existing masks and talked very openly about their personal demanding life situations. The others listened attentively and gave their honest feedback, one by one with food for thoughts, views and opinions coming from their own life experience. It was very impressive, remarkably honest and powerful, how all could use this feedback for personal development. A new experienced level of sharing new ideas and thoughts for everyone.

The following day, all participants were asked to prepare their life purpose in a 10-minute presentation and to tell to all the others what footprint they would like to leave in the world. So crowdcoach was born with the idea to use the collective wisdom for people to help find their way in difficult life situations.

Taking off the mask

In 2017 a small retreat was held in the Swiss mountains with the motto:

No ties, No cards, no titles.

In other words, participants were instructed to set aside their public personas and communicate openly about their problems, their dreams, and their fears. This was an opportunity for them to not only share their true selves, but to actually explorewho they were; to take off the conflicting masks they wear to hide their insecurities and fear of being judged.

But equally important, this process allowed them to discover not only that
everybody has insecurities, but also to gain valuable feedback on issues they thought were unique. And most of all, this process awakened a desire to truly help the others in the group who were allowing themselves to be vulnerable, allowing a free flow of insights which is only possible once judgmentalism and fear of being judged can be set aside.

The results were life changing, especially for Andreas Seonbuchner who
realized that people all over the world need access to this type of peer to peer counseling. He also realized that it was he who needed to make this vision a reality.

His career successes had given him the network and resources to make this happen, while his setbacks had prepared him mentally to take on this challenge and see it through to fruition.
Thus was born Crowdcoach.com
