IMPACT COACHING

I lead the Impact Coaching team at the Spirit of the Game Foundation, with my particular focus being on Creative Impact:

Sustainability    = Do Less Harm

Impact                = Do More Good

Creative Impact = Leveraging an individual or organization’s unique network, expertise, and passion to do more than just throw money at a problem.

Most people who are successful in business have trained their minds to solve business problems and are good at generating profits, while also hopefully benefitting society, their customers, and their employees.

It’s also fairly typical for most business people to have a mindset that once they have reached a certain level of success, then they will start looking for ways to do more good.

The ones who are able to actually follow through on this plan and avoid the traps of the Rat Race are able to transition to what we call a “Business With a Purpose”.

A few such individuals, who are either super passionate, creative, successful or all 3 are able to start or transition to a “Business For a Purpose”, where benefitting society is the top priority.

This isn’t just limited to starting or running a non-profit; I can help you learn how to advance your career goals AND move in this direction.

The difference in these 3 types of business is typically a matter of priorities and creative mindset. If you need help changing your priorities, I can help, but in general if you are contacting me, you’ve already made the decision to start priotizing positive Impact more. So where I can usually be of greatest help is helping you shift your patterns of thinking in order to boost your positive impact without harming your profitability, and in many cases actually boost your profitability by positioning yourself to be able to market your company not only as one which excels in your field, but is also leading the way in your industry towards better practices.

Roger Federer has a tennis coach even though he is already one of the best tennis players in the world. But if he wanted to become a professional golfer, he would most likely hire a new/additional coach. Creative Impact is a new field, and people who have spent their lives becoming proficient at the current world of business will need new coaches to learn this new way of approaching business.
